Cobalt are delighted to be partnered with a leading surveying firm working across a diverse portfolio of properties. This role will involve a variety of work from commercial property management to individual house surveys such as level 2's and 3's for private clients as well as lenders. Accredited as a leading investor in people, the firm foster a flexible approach, with less than average market points to ensure a work life balance is achieved amongst their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Residential Surveyor previously, having undertaken various valuation work as well as level 1 and level 2 surveys. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to work as part of a truly dynamic culture, where you are valued and provided with the autonomy and flexibility to manage your own desk accordingly, with opportunities long term to manage the business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct surveys, reports and valuations of residential properties within the York area
-Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients
Candidate Profile:
- Experience as a surveyor undertaking surveys on residential properties
· AssocRICS qualified with VRS
-Passionate about delivering high-quality services
-Keen to expand and grow network of clientele
-Driving License
