Cobalt is delighted to be working with a collaborative and dynamic Building Surveying consultancy who provide a range of professional services working on a variety of prestigious projects within the commercial and residential sectors.
They now have a truly exciting opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their Surrey office, ensuring you avoid the hectic London commute, playing an integral role gaining huge exposure to a varying workload, covering a wide breadth of sectors.
Remuneration:
£30,000 - £50,000 + Discretionary Quarterly Bonus

Job Role:
Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join their close-knit team to provide professional building surveying services like dilapidation's, party wall awards and contract administration of extension and refurbishment projects, preparing feasibility studies including drawings and budget costs. You will also produce specifications and schedules of work.
You will have the opportunity to be mentored by a Chartered Building Surveyor within the team however are also encouraged to be able to work independently with exposure to residential buildings as well as commercial building project management undertaking feasibility studies, site inspections and writing up reports.
Requirements:
* Degree in Building Surveying
* Proven experience working across Building Surveying or Project Management
* A demonstrable knowledge of building standards and planning regulations
* UK Driving License
