Portfolio Surveyor

Join a forward-thinking property management team making a real impact. We're looking for a Surveyor to manage a portfolio of commercial properties, delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships with occupiers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of properties, including service charge oversight, compliance, and occupier engagement
• Coordinate planned works and maintenance with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and lease obligations
• Support client on-boarding/off-boarding and due diligence for acquisitions
• Contribute to a positive occupier experience through meetings and place making initiatives

About You:

• Experienced in commercial property management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable reading leases and handling compliance matters
• RICS qualified or working towards it (preferred, not essential)
