Job Summary:

Cobalt is proud to be partnering with a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value to real estate occupiers and owners. We are seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join the successful Valuation & Advisory (V&A) team, with a focus on retail and leisure.

Role Purpose:

As a Surveyor, you will primarily handle fund and loan security valuations for top-tier clients, including funds, banks, and public sector bodies. You will also collaborate with other V&A teams across the country and work closely with local transactional agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing valuation mandates and develop relationships to attract new business.
• Conduct a mix of regular mandates, loan security, and acquisition valuations.
• Provide valuation reports and strategic advice to a diverse client base.
• Execute instructions independently with minimal supervision.
• Build a strong profile in the marketplace by developing client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• RICS Registered Valuer or Level 3 Valuation at APC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
