Asset Manager - Client Side

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a client-side Investment Company on their search for an Asset Manager to join their team in London.

This role encompasses all aspects of Asset Management and will require an individual who possesses strong experience within Property Management and Leasing. The portfolio will focus on managing lease renewals, rent reviews and capital expenditure across a plethora of light industrial and office assets across the UK.

This role is suitable for an existing Commercial Property Manager or Junior Asset Manager, who is seeking a new challenge working on a value-add portfolio.

Key qualification requirements:

• MRICS is desirable but not essential.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Property Asset Management or Lease management with good knowledge of the UK market.
• Commercial property experience is essential.
• Strong Landlord and Tenant knowledge.
• Basic knowledge and experience in managing lease renewals, rent reviews and capital expenditure.

Salary for this position is between £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus and benefits.

This role is office based 5 days a week.
