About the Role
Cobalt are delighted to be supporting one of the UK's largest Shopping Centre operators in their search for an Investment Analyst to join their team in London.
This role is ideal for someone at either Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level, who has existing UK specific retail experience alongside strong financial modelling skills.
The role involves providing detailed analysis using Excel to support Capex, repositioning, and development strategies across the client's portfolio. You will also be providing investment analysis to business plan future potential transactions for the company.
Key requirements include:
- MRICS is desirable but not essential.
- Strong financial modelling skills in Excel.
- Strong reporting and presentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A flexible and proactive approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
- An ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Salary is dependent on experience but will ideally range between £60,000 - £70,000 + discretionary bonus.
Hybrid working available.
This position will offer you the chance to gain experience across Asset Management, Development and Investment, providing exposure to the full real estate life cycle.
