Director/Partner level Project Manager - Manchester or Leeds

Cobalt is delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with one of the UKs leading real estate advisors and property consultancies in their growth plans.

This multi-sector practice has built an exceptional brand across commercial real estate and have become the go-to practice for life-science, technology, and sustainability projects. Growing organically throughout their lifespan, our client has managed to create a close-knit environment that offers a diverse and autonomous role for their staff, whilst successfully winning impressive instructions and competing against the larger, well-known corporates.

The growth plan is part of a wider strategy to offer their services in more locations across the UK in addition to the 8 offices already in place. Next step for them is to establish an office in the Manchester region and have therefore engaged us to source a senior player who can be the driving force for the region.

This consultancy specialises in the commercial development sector, which includes: build to rent, office CAT A/B fit out, life-sciences, public sector works, education, defence, leisure, sport and Government projects. They are expanding their Project Management team to accommodate their pipe-line of upcoming projects and require an experienced Project Manager currently in a leadership role with experience in business growth, team management, business development and client/project delivery.

This commercially based consultancy is focused on the delivery of high profile projects and strategic consulting with their clients on a number of short to medium term assignments. Their work is a mix of new tendered business and support of the wider goals of the real-estate group.

Remuneration:

£85,000 - £130,000 + Bonus

Requirements:

·MRICS/MAPM Qualification

·Ability to manage a team and work independently to a professional standard

·Good experience within a number of industry sectors

·Good technical knowledge

·Excellent communication and management skills

·Ideally based in or near the Manchester or Leeds region.
