This multi-sector practice has built an exceptional brand across commercial real estate and have become the go-to practice for life-science, technology, and sustainability projects. Growing organically throughout their lifespan, our client has managed to create a close-knit environment that offers a diverse and autonomous role for their staff, whilst successfully winning impressive instructions and competing against the larger, well-known corporates.

The growth plan is part of a wider strategy to offer their services in more locations across the UK in addition to the 8 offices already in place. The Project Manager opportunity will be based in there newly established Bristol office supporting the Partner - Project Management.

This consultancy specialises in the commercial development sector, which includes: build to rent, office CAT A/B fit out, life-sciences, public sector works, education, defence, leisure, sport and Government projects. They are looking for a Project Manager to support the Partner - Project Management as they continue to pick up work and grow. You will be an ambitious individual with a can-do attitude towards administrative duties as well as your typical project management responsibilities.

This commercially based consultancy is focused on the delivery of high profile projects and strategic consulting with their clients on a number of short to medium term assignments. Their work is a mix of new tendered business and support of the wider goals of the real-estate group.

Remuneration:

£40,000-50,000 + Bonus

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a consultancy within the construction sector

  • Ability to be forward thinking and self-starting

  • Strong administrative skills with experience chairing meetings ideal

  • Competent to attend site visits by yourself

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Based in Bristol with some travel involved
