I am excited to be partnering with one of Europe's largest industrial real estate investment companies to find an experienced Rent Review Surveyor to manage the Group's year rent review pipeline. This role will report directly into the Managing Director, offering the appointed Surveyor the ability to work across a significant and growing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee rent reviews and lease renewals for commercial properties within the portfolio.

• Negotiate rent adjustments with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice on lease terms and conditions.

• Analyse market rental values and prepare detailed reports on rental value and lease terms for clients.

• Lead the development and implementation of rent review strategies and policies.

Candidate Profile:

• A proven track record in commercial rent review and lease renewal work, ideally with experience in industrial assets.

• A strong understanding of the commercial property market, lease structures, and valuation techniques.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities.
