Associate Director - Asset Manager Data Center

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a Global Investment and Development company with billions of AUM on their search for an Associate Director to join their Asset Management team. This role will be focusing on Data Centres across the UK and Europe.

Supporting the Head of Portfolio Management, your main responsibility will be to set and implement asset management strategies for their Data Centre portfolio to optimise performance and investment potential. You will also be involved in monthly and quarterly reporting alongside integrating their newly acquired assets into the business.

Key requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Real Estate / Economics or equivalent

• Minimum of 7 years' experience working in Asset Management and Data Centres

• Good financial literacy and Excel skills in order to interpret budgets, business plans and valuations.

• Proficiency in Yardi or similar software
