Alternatives Valuations Surveyor - AD/Senior Surveyor

Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a market leading Private Practice, with the appointment of an Alternatives Valuations Surveyor at either Associate Director or Senior Surveyor level.

This role will involve carrying out Red book Valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.

This vacancy is suitable for Senior Surveyors with some experience in Alternative Valuations or an Associate Director with experience in Trading and Leisure Valuations.

This is a great opportunity to work within an established team and to develop your experience in the space of alternative valuations. In particular there is a key opportunity to pickup client relationship and management where applicable and to assist on large asset valuations.
