Graduate Valuation Surveyor

Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with a boutique property valuation consultancy who are seeking a Graduate or recently qualified MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their team in Manchester; This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join a talented and energetic team who deliver outstanding valuation advisory solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the preparation of accurate, competent valuation advice on all types of assets (other than operational assets)

• Carry out Red Book valuations for lending institutions

• Undertake valuations for a variety of other purposes such as accounts, tax, mergers, acquisitions, expert witness

• Undertake advisory instructions where valuation solutions are required.

• To help the Senior Surveyor establish, maintain and develop contacts with all types of clients

• Attend relevant industry events to broaden own knowledge and expand professional network of contacts

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risk within the business
