Graduate Valuation Surveyor

My client is a leading national advisory firm with a specialist approach to distressed assets, working on some of the region's most prominent instructions, tailoring solutions to ensure an optimum outcome for their clients.

With a healthy pipeline of work, the team need to recruit a Graduate Valuation Surveyor to their Manchester office. Working closely with the Partners, you will be involved in an extensive range of preliminary property due diligence including property inspections, site visits, valuation reports, preparing sales marketing particulars, client and agency engagement, and formulating strategic options in support of restructuring and asset value recovery assignments.

With an ambition for career progression, you must be able to work in an organised and methodical manner, with excellent attention to detail and strong report writing skills. Educated to degree level, the appointed candidate will be given full support and guidance throughout their APC.
