Associate Director

Cobalthave been instructed by an established and highly reputable outfit to secure the appointment of an Associate Director (Restructuring & Valuations) for their team.

The successful individual will be responsible for leading on the delivery of a variety of projects on behalf of key clients within the restructuring space. Having sustained a strong period of growth,

this is an excellent opportunity for the Associate to play an extensive role in the growth of the London office and wider team.

Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Working with lenders to provide a comprehensive report against single assets or entire portfolios

• Carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisitions, and taxation purposes

• Execute disposal strategies, considering value add initiatives including re-gears and redevelopment angles

• Provide clients with comprehensive reports against their property assets

• Conduct detailed due diligence on distressed assets, generating a range of strategic options for restructuring and value recovery

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Engage in networking and relationship-building activities, including social events with clients

As travel within London and the Home Counties will be required, you must possess a UK driving licence and be MRICS accredited. Salary is between £65,000-£75,000 plus benefits.
