About the Role
Regional Lead - Property & Asset Management
Warrington (Hybrid Working)
Senior Surveyor
A leading property consultancy is looking for an experienced Regional Team Lead to manage a team of six Asset Managers within their Infrastructure Property & Asset Management team. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of infrastructure clients and can work out of the Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Role:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective portfolio management.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee asset management strategies and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Contribute to H&S incident reporting and assurance activities.
About You:
- Extensive asset management experience (ideally RICS qualified).
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Knowledge of property industry best practices, with project/programme management experience beneficial.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- A full UK driving license is required.
