About the Role

Role Overview:

As the Rewards Advisor, you will be central to refining and executing reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders within the business and the wider HR team, you will contribute to the evolution of their compensation and benefits offering, including bringing on new third party vendors as and when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reward Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to help design and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the consultancy's vision.
  • Market Benchmarking & Analysis: Analyse industry trends and salary data to benchmark against competitors to ensure competitive pay and benefits structures.
  • Reward Program Administration: Oversee key reward programmes, including salary structures and bonus schemes, ensuring they are effectively communicated to employees.
  • Employee Guidance: Advise managers and staff on reward policies and practices, ensuring transparency and understanding.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a rewards, compensation, or benefits role, ideally within property sector or professional services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide & present reports and insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain reward to employees at all levels and speak to stakeholders & third party vendors effectively
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems

 

In turn you will receive the opportunity to work with an industry leader on a competitive package. Please note, this is a hybrid working role and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.
