About the Role
A leading property management company specialising in both residential and commercial block management is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrative Support Assistant to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact at reception

Answer and manage incoming telephone calls with confidence and efficiency

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Assist with marketing activities, including updating the company LinkedIn, website, and other social media platforms

Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations

Perform general office duties including stock management and filing
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:

Confident and articulate, with excellent communication skills

Experienced in administrative tasks and office support

Comfortable handling phone enquiries in a professional manner

Eager to contribute to marketing efforts, with either basic marketing experience or a keen interest in developing this skill
