About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prominent organisation in the logistics real estate sector. Following significant growth over the past five years, the company holds a talented team of over 550 professionals spread across more than 20 offices in 11 countries. They are currently seeking a Property Administrator to support the onboarding of new acquisitions and contribute to their continued success in the industry.

The Onboarding team plays a key role in integrating new acquisitions into operations. This involves reviewing units and leases at the time of acquisition to ensure that core systems are updated with accurate, complete, and reliable data, ensuring smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction. Daily interactions will occur with various internal teams and external stakeholders, including Transactions, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Finance, IT, and Property Managers.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and driven, with a keen eye for detail and strong collaboration skills. This role will provide valuable exposure to both the property and finance aspects of acquisitions, as well as the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The individual should thrive in a data-focused role and be excited about contributing to the growth of the business.

What's on offer:

  • Flexible work options, including the ability to work from home part of the week, alongside a London-based office location.
  • A cutting-edge technology package to support seamless communication and work processes.
  • A company culture that values work-life balance, recognizing the importance of personal time to keep the team energised and motivated.
  • An in-house learning & development program that supports personal and professional growth alongside business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure data quality for units and leases following acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high data standards.
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage data quality issues effectively.
  • Onboard and update datapoints into core systems for new acquisitions.
  • Document work processes for efficient review and knowledge sharing.
  • Support ESG data collection initiatives for acquisitions.
  • Set up new assets and entities in core systems.
  • Provide daily updates on progress to the team.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lease administration, property onboarding, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in leading meetings and ensuring that all points are addressed.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to develop their career in real estate, and to be part of a growing organisation.
