About the Role

Cobalt are partnered with a Real Estate firm based in the heart of the city, who are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their established HR team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that support the business's growth and success.

 

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with leadership, managers, and employees to provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives, fostering a productive and engaged workforce in the real estate sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Ensure efficient HR processes and systems are in place, delivering consistent and effective services across the business.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics, identifying talent trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to support business objectives.

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business' vision, ensuring that driving growth and success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within business, offering guidance on HR best practices, talent management and employee engagement.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and seamless transitions across teams.

 

Employee Relations:

  • Provide expertise on employee relations matters, supporting managers with performance management, grievance resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Offer coaching to leaders and employees on conflict resolution and engagement, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Stay current with UK employment law and ensure compliance, managing investigations and sensitive cases when required.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 Qualified (or working towards).
  • 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience; Real Estate/Property sector experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive, self-starter who can manage a varied workload.
  • Strong HR knowledge with effective stakeholder management at all levels.
