About the Role
Are you an experienced property accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role with one of the UK's most respected real estate management companies? Who are looking for a Head of Client Accounting to take charge of a high-performing team managing a prestigious portfolio of commercial assets.
About the Role:
As Head of Client Accounting, you'll lead their London-based team, overseeing the full client accounting function for a portfolio of commercial properties. You'll ensure the accurate delivery of service charge budgets, year-end reconciliations, client reporting, and financial compliance, while acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a skilled client accounting team

Ensure timely and accurate service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting

Maintain compliance with RICS regulations and industry best practices

Collaborate with asset and property managers to deliver financial insight

Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust

Drive process improvements and support system upgrades or implementations
About You:

Proven experience in a senior client or property accounting role

Strong knowledge of commercial property service charge accounting

Familiarity with property management software (e.g., MRI, TRAMPS, Yardi, or similar)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
