I am proud to be partnering with a leading UK Real Estate and Property Consultancy to assist in their search for an Estates Manager to join their expanding Infrastructure team in Winchester.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and unique coastal portfolio, including leisure and commercial infrastructure agreements for ports, marinas, rivers, and estuaries. If you're ready to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Estates Manager for a mixed-use coastal portfolio, managing the day-to-day operations effectively.
- Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals, and handle new enquiries and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio.
About You:
- Experience: Proven background in Commercial Real Estate, with experience managing similar portfolios. Knowledge of marinas, moorings, bridges, and pipelines is advantageous.
- Qualifications: MRICS or close to completing your chartership.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and a sound understanding of the commercial aspects of estate management.
