They are seeking an experienced Valuation Surveyor at the Senior to Associate Director level to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting loan security valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Preparing detailed reports and valuations, addressing complex valuation issues, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Contributing to the team's fee-earning targets by delivering excellent client service and completing projects efficiently.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to help them develop professionally.

Requirements:

• MRICS-qualified and RICS-registered valuer with solid experience in commercial real estate valuations.
• Proficiency in Argus software is advantageous.
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving team fee-earning targets and delivering high-quality service.
