Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a premier real estate company specialising in Logistics. This role is central to the company's efforts to enhance and streamline its property management processes. The successful candidate will be based in London, supporting the development and implementation of key business policies and processes, particularly within the Yardi Voyager system. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills to train and support users across multiple jurisdictions.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the creation and enhancement of policy, process, and training documentation for key business lines, including asset management, lease setup, service charge, and ESG.
Ensure compliance with jurisdictional and IFRS financial statement requirements, impacting process design and implementation.
Provide expert-level functional support for Yardi property functionality, guiding asset management, and property management teams.
Deliver engaging training sessions on business processes and Yardi systems to users, ensuring they can perform their roles effectively.
Understand and manage business and technology risks, overseeing Yardi system change requests and participating in IT change approval processes.
Role Requirements
Experience in the commercial real estate sector, with a strong understanding of asset management and property management practices.
Must be proficient in Yardi Voyager.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and convey insights with commercial relevance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Proven experience in delivering effective training sessions across different jurisdictions, with the capability to manage and engage participants.
