Senior Facilities Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our client's Workplace Services senior management team. This role is critical in enhancing their Workplace Services operations and ensuring top-tier delivery across their UK sites, with a special focus on their London portfolio.

Your Role:

• Design and implement Workplace Services operational solutions.

• Support and deliver IFM solutions across the UK, focusing on user experience.

• Oversee commercial solutions for new sites, ensuring strong governance.

• Manage 3rd party suppliers to drive innovation and user experience.

• Lead a team of Workplace Services SMEs.

• Collaborate with Real Estate and IT teams on workplace design.

• Ensure site mobilisation and occupational readiness, including Health & Safety and ESG implications.

• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven operational management within the IFM sector.

• Experience with managing 3rd party hard & soft services suppliers.

• Strong knowledge of hard & soft services operations and site mobilisation.

• Ability to drive operational improvements aligned with business strategy.

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Strategic and commercial mindset with a record of creating efficiency's.

• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizing skills.

• Keen interest in continuous improvement and industry standards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
