My client is a leading Property Development & Regeneration Group renowned for their ability to deliver large, long-term projects, creating high-quality spaces for people to both work and live. As part of the Regional Development team, the appointed Senior Development Manager will be responsible for the development cycle from site identification to project delivery/completion.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an award-winning team on some of the region's most prestigious projects It's envisaged that the appointed candidate will be currently working in a similar environment and can demonstrate a proven track record in identifying and delivering complex commercial and/or residential projects. Highly motivated, candidates must be confident with strong presentation and negotiating skills and experience of using development software/IT packages.
