Senior Development Manager

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a market leading real estate investment and development business in their search for a Senior Development Manager to join the small inhouse team based in the North West. They have a fantastic track record of delivering best in class commercial, residential and mixed use schemes across the UK from Edinburgh to Bristol including central London. This exciting role involves taking major new schemes from site acquisition, feasibility consultation and planning to project management and delivery of the finished project.

To be considered applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering large scale schemes and oversee complex planning and project management matters, including managing external consultants. A minimum of 5 years MRICS post qualification experience is essential as well as tenacity, excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
