Job Title: Resident Services Manager (Dual Site)
Location: North/East London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Position Overview: The company is seeking an experienced Resident Services Manager to oversee two key sites in North and East London. This role involves managing a team of up to 10 individuals, including maintenance professionals, resident service supervisors, and resident service assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a health and safety qualification, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire a team of up to 10 staff.
Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
Resident Services:
Oversee high-quality resident services.
Resolve resident queries and concerns promptly.
Coordinate resident events and community activities.
Property Maintenance:
Ensure both sites are maintained to high standards.
Schedule and oversee repairs and improvements.
Implement preventative maintenance programs.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Promote a culture of safety among staff and residents.
Operational Excellence:
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within property management or hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
