Receptionist

Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a global leader in commercial Real Estate, they are currently searching for a receptionist for a permanent opportunity to offer a high level of customer service skills to clients and customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line incoming calls, screening calls and taking messages for appropriate staff member

  • To offer a high level of customer focused service to clients and customers, maintain and build a relationship with all members of the team.

  • Proactive in nature with any client assistance and needs which may arise

  • Support the facilities management team with any queries and ad hoc tasks which may arise within the building.

  • Making refreshments for guests and directing them appropriately

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, book organise and arrange supply of stationary.

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Assisting with events and venue set up when requested

  • Ensure upkeep of reception is tidy and need and presentable.

Personal Specification

  • Previous experience within a Corporate Receptionist or Front of House role.

  • High level of Customer service excellence and skills.

  • Ideally property or real estate experience from previous employment.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, and any CRM system.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Professional and clear communication skills

  • Reliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the companies brand and image
