Management Accountant - 12 month + contract
London
£300 - £350 per day inside IR35
Cobalt is excited to be partnering with a Real Estate Developer, Investor, and Manager in London, in a search for a Management Accountant to join their established team on an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Review quarterly management accounts and cash flows, including variance analysis
Bank and rent reconciliation review
Review the year-end statutory accounts
Review VAT returns
Stakeholder management, dealing with external auditors and agents
Review of the systems and processes to make sure efficiencies are realised and maintained
Key Attributes
Finalist/ Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Working knowledge within the Property industry is a must
Confident in your ability to engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally
