Lettings Assistant - Build to Rent
Salary: Up to £27,000
Location: Leeds
Currently working in lettings or BTR leasing and have the desire to work for a market leading property business? Look no further!
I am working closely with a highly regarded BTR provider, who are looking to hire a Lettings Assistant as a result of their expanding portfolio.
You will assist the Leasing Manager in all matters relating to the lease up of a brand new site, with the view to then help maintain occupancy levels and cover the leasing for the growing portfolio in Leeds.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping with the lease up of all sites situated in Leeds
Work closely with the Operations team, including Property Managers and Property Services teams in delivering the company's objectives.
Assist in developing and carrying out all lead generation duties.
Have a wider commercial view on your specific site and that of the company's business.
Assist the Lettings Team in all matters relating to the prompt and appropriate letting of properties
Onboard relevant site units with photography, measurements and descriptions and assist in valuing each unit across relevant portfolios
Desired experience:
Experience of working in BTR or lettings, preferable both but the client is open
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of residential lettings is essential
A strong team player who is self-motivated, industrious and works well under pressure
Able to demonstrate lead generation skills
Detail oriented, able to set priorities, complete simultaneous projects and ability to meet tight deadlines - strong time management and organisational skills
Proven numeracy skills with a good academic record
Computer literate including minimum Intermediate standard when using Microsoft packages, Outlook, Excel & Word
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively in both written & oral, at all levels, internally and externally
Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday with 1 day off in lieu per week should you work a Saturday.
