The Role
A prestigious Build-to-Rent (BTR) developer in London is seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of exceptional customer service across two sites (North & East London) and enhance the resident experience. This role involves coordinating resident services, supporting operational efficiency, and fostering a vibrant, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day resident services, acting as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries and escalations.
Oversee the coordination of resident move-ins, move-outs, and property tours.
Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance and service issues.
Plan and execute community events to drive resident engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, service requests, and property operations.
Support leasing activities, including managing prospective tenant inquiries and conducting property viewings.
Assist with the implementation of resident retention strategies and feedback initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a senior customer service or resident services role, ideally within BTR.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of service.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
A proactive and solution-driven approach with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
