Development Project Managers - Client side - BTR/PRS

Location: Reading & London

Cobalt Recruitment are delighted to be working with an exciting and industry disrupting residential investment, development and management company in the search for Development Project Managers from Development coordinator up to Development manager level to oversee the delivery of residential, single family dwellings through to completion.

Remuneration:

£30,000 - £70,000 DOE

Being part of development team, you will have a multifaceted role responsible for overseeing the contractor's obligations on residential builds, monitoring the professional teams, oversight and management of development stakeholders including public bodies and general public.

The roles require ambitious candidates from a project management or built environment background who are comfortable working across the head office in Reading, satellite in London, and the various site locations across the South of England.

The role will report into the Head of Development and offers excellent career progression to step up and take on more responsibility as your career develops.

Requirements:

Construction/Building related qualification

Experience working on residential development projects ideally within a consultancy or development company.

Experience managing throughout the project lifecycle with a focus on development delivery.
