Marketing & Brand Manager

West End, London

£40K - £50k per annum

Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside a boutique Property company based in London's West End. They specialise in acquiring and managing high quality offices in London, with a conscious mindset and innovation around sustainability across their portfolio.

They are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to spearhead the company's new develop and growth, ensuring the brand is promoted and advertised through digital channels.

Core responsibilities:

  • Responsible for writing 6 monthly marketing plans with strategic guidance from Directors

  • Reporting into the Senior Management team monthly

  • Design and lead marketing campaigns in line with budget which reflect the business and marketing strategy

  • Create blogs, newsletters, social media posts, adverts and in house marketing collateral.

  • Generate leads from prospects who have responded to a marketing campaign.

  • Analyse performance from collateral and amend as required.

  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency which aligns throughout the internal and external communication of the brand.

  • Organise and manage all community events, based within the company's portfolio of buildings.

Personal Requirements

  • Experience within a communications and marketing role, within the Property or Real Estate industry

  • Experience of producing web content and managing an organisation's social media presence.

  • A good communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience.

  • A flair for creative writing on a variety of topics with excellent content/copy writing skills.

  • Experience of design software and of designing communications/marketing material (you will be asked to provide examples of documents or websites you have designed).

  • Ability to present marketing strategies to the board and implementing them across the business.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marking (SEO, paid ads, email campaigns)

  • Proficient in using all Microsoft office package.

  • Hawk- eye attention to detail.
