Are you a recent graduate with a passion for town planning, have experience already or just seeking a more flexible or forward-thinking firm? Then please get in touch! We are currently working exclusively with a busy planning consultancy based in the Midlands, who are keen to grow with a junior hire in their Birmingham office.
Their clients including private developers and landowners, as well as strategic land promoters and local authorities - working across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What we are looking for:
- A Graduate or experienced Town Planner with an RTPI accredited degree
- Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
