Account Manager

Cobalt have recently partnered with a leading BTR brand, who are actively seeking an Account Manager to join their team.

The core purpose of this position is to strengthen client relationships and drive business success in the BtR market. This can be achieved through strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a client-focused approach.

This role is ideal for anyone currently in a like for like position in BTR, or for anyone coming from an estate agency background looking to break into BTR.

Package: Salary up to £40,000, OTE £80,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for BtR property clients, managing accounts from onboarding to ongoing support; advise on industry best practices and asset optimization.
  • Create detailed performance reports, analyse data on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery and maximize client value.
  • Manage and refine sales funnels for client accounts, working with internal teams to enhance efficiency and boost conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies, monitor campaign performance, and adjust tactics for optimal results.
  • Provide support for key initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
