For me, it is all about building successful teams for my clients and providing property people with a great opportunity to further their careers. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to pick up the phone and tell someone they have got their dream job!

Being a very competitive person, I find myself getting involved with a lot of sport outside of work, with rugby taking up a lot of my Saturdays! I also enjoy taking part in fundraising and love to compete in sporting challenges in the aid of charity.
