A career in recruitment and renewables

Now a Candidate Manager specialising in residential development, town planning, infrastructure and renewables, I started my recruitment career back when I was in my early 20’s in IT, Sales, and Telecommunications roles for over 6 years. I decided to study further (and do a bit of travelling) but my passion for people brought me back to recruitment where I specialised in the renewable energy sectors for over 2 years, recruiting individuals for both permanent and contract roles across various domains within the renewable energy sector for Cobalt's sister-brand, Comanos, before transitioning to the development and planning space where renewable energy and ESG targets have never been more important. 

Renewables and renewing past times

I am passionate about renewable energy and love learning more about the evolving industry. Beyond my professional life, I am a well-travelled South African, originally from Cape Town. Having lived in diverse places such as Mozambique, Bali, and the UK, I've developed a passion for exploring different cultures and environments. Outdoor activities are a significant part of my life, and I particularly enjoy climbing mountains, spending days on the beach, and engaging in healthy pursuits like yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and CrossFit.
