About Me

Recruiting qualified and part-qualified interim placements

I started out in Accountancy and Finance recruitment straight out of university placing permanent candidates into multiple sectors but soon made the jump over to interim recruitment, now specialising in one market.

I recruit qualified and part-qualified interim placements into Finance teams across Real Estate in London as part of Cobalt’s Finance & Accountancy team. I find it rewarding being part of the solution, helping clients tackle their fluctuations in workload and allowing the flexibility and responsiveness needed in the modern-day world.

Passion for Recruitment, exciting time to be in the business

I’ve always been a people’s person, so having a job that lets me meet with both clients and candidates and try and source that perfect interim placement, understanding the true issues and therefore the type of skilled candidates the client will need, brings me great joy. Interim candidates hold specialist skills to assist businesses during periods of change and transformation and these periods are always the most exciting time to work with clients!

Holidays or marathons?

When I’m not in the office or burdened with travel restrictions I love to go abroad and see the sights however, I have unfortunately found myself training for a half marathon instead.

If you are interested in discussing a new career move or are looking to hire then please get in touch!
