About Me

Building a career as a specialist residential development and town planning recruiter

Having started recruitment in 2013, I have established teams at previous firms, and drawing on Cobalt’s longstanding success in Planning, I endeavour to build successful teams for clients across the markets I focus on - Residential Development and Town Planning (including Land, Development and Strategic Land).

Over the years I have recruited into and continue to work with housebuilders, developers and consultancies – working with and headhunting Land Buyers / Agents, Development Managers / Surveyors and Town Planners, from Graduate up to Senior Director across sectors, particularly in the Residential world.

I give honest, knowledgeable and consultative advice to both clients and candidates – which can often prove invaluable when developing a team or career.

Why she loves it

I just like making people happy – whether it’s a good career move for someone who never leaves, or a step up in projects or responsibilities.

As an LGBTQ+ community member, I seek to promote DE&I to improve retention and growth at my clients, removing bias, and pushing inclusivity and change from the ground up.

Food, film, festivals and more!

Outside of work, I am a foodie so try to visit new restaurants and try various cuisines, as well as being a huge music and film fan – often at a gig, festival or the cinema. I also love travelling to new places abroad, sampling the local culture (and food!).
