Ciara leads the Real Estate banking team for Cobalt’s London business. We combine longstanding candidate and client relationships with a deep understanding of the drivers of different areas of the market to make valuable and lasting business introductions.
Our work encompasses team introductions, covert search, market mapping and contingent recruitment on an exclusive basis.
Ciara focuses on mid to senior level individual and team hires across the Real Estate debt space for prominent bank lending and credit teams, debt funds, development finance specialists and loan asset managers.
Ciara holds a BA (Honours) in Economics from University College, Dublin and prior to joining Cobalt, was with Bank of Ireland Global Markets.
