About the Role
Title: Reservations Consultant - Build to Rent
Location: Manchester/Hybrid working
Salary: £23,400 plus £2,500 discretionary bonus + commission

We're seeking a Reservations Consultant to join a leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) operator, playing a key role in securing new tenants and driving occupancy across a growing portfolio of high-quality rental homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Enquiries: Respond to prospective resident enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
- Viewings & Reservations: Manage the full leasing process, from booking and conducting viewings to securing reservations and completing tenancy documentation.
- Occupancy & Revenue Goals: Work proactively to maximise occupancy rates and secure 'off-plan' reservations, minimising void periods.
- Database & Records Management: Maintain up-to-date records of tenant applications, property availability, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the lettings, marketing, and resident services teams to implement successful leasing strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to help refine pricing and positioning strategies.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience in property lettings, reservations, sales, or a customer facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to securing tenancies.
- IT proficiency, with experience using property management systems or CRM software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
