Leasing Negotiator/Executive

Seeking a skilled professional to oversee onsite lettings management for a flagship BTR development featuring 306 apartments in Milton Keynes. This role involves managing all aspects of lettings administration, compliance, and marketing, while leading a team to deliver a seamless resident experience-from initial enquiry to deposit return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate lettings and rental data within internal systems.
• Ensure all available apartments are well-presented and spot-checked regularly.
• Oversee online marketing for available units and liaise with third-party agents.
• Analyse market trends, compile reports, and suggest leasing strategies.
• Respond to enquiries in line with service level agreements.
• Conduct viewings, tenant vetting, and rental negotiations.
• Ensure all lettings paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Provide leasing performance reports for internal and client presentations.
• Work with the Resident Experience team to enhance tenant engagement and communication.
• Advise on rental pricing for new listings and renewals based on market analysis.
• Facilitate smooth move-ins, ensuring keys and welcome packs are prepared.
• Contribute to creating a vibrant community through events and initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects assigned by senior management.

This role reports to the General Manager and will involve strategic reporting and presenting to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong lettings expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset to drive performance in this exciting BTR scheme.
