About the Role
Cobalt Recruitment is partnered with a well-established Real Estate & Property consultancy in London, seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their lean, close-knit team. In this role, you will be reporting directly into the HR lead and be expected to take ownership of various HR functions and play a key part in shaping the future of their HR operations. If you're looking for a hands-on, varied HR role, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Take ownership of onboarding new employees and managing or creating content for learning and development initiatives offered to both new and current employees.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive work environment.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects, including reporting and compliance tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations.
- Work independently and remain proactive in your responsibilities.
What We Are Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 Qualified (or working towards).
- 3-4 years of HR generalist experience; Real Estate/Property sector experience is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, self-starter who can manage a varied workload.
- Strong HR knowledge with effective stakeholder management at all levels.
