About the Role
Are you a Health & Safety professional looking for a high-profile role within a dynamic and thriving environment? We are partnering with a leading real estate organisation to find a proactive Health & Safety Manager for a prestigious mixed-use estate in Central London.
This vibrant destination is home to world-class brands and offices, whilst boasting a number of first-class amenities and and public spaces, attracting a high footfall each year. You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a best-in-class safety culture, working closely with stakeholders, service partners, and occupiers to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on all Health & Safety matters across the estate, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Implement, manage, and continuously improve health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safety management systems.
- Collaborate with operational teams, service providers, and occupiers to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Conduct site audits, accident investigations, and training sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
About You:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and strong technical knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Proven experience managing Health & Safety in a large-scale estate, property portfolio, or mixed-use environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with a passion for fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing.
