About the Role
My client is one of the country's most progressive developers, bringing buildings to life and transforming future landscapes through diverse development projects across the UK.

Working closely with an experienced team, the appointed Development Surveyor will be responsible for assisting with thee sourcing, appraising, acquiring, and delivery of new and existing schemes. Key responsibilities will include:
- Support with the regional projects, coordinating the full development process including market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, project team assembly and site procurement through to practical completion
- Work closely with the Projects team to prepare the design and execute a delivery strategy for each scheme
- Assess and manage the financial risks for each project
- Prepare and execute lettings and sales strategies, appointing third party consultants as and when required
The appointed Development Surveyor will have ideally secured MRICS status with several years' proven experience working across various elements of the property development process. Full consideration will be given to candidates working towards completion of their APC. Candidates must possess a passion for development, able to demonstrate strong team values and communication skills.
