Commercial Property Manager

Are you a Property Manager looking to work for a boutique business? If so, my client is an Asset Management specialist who works closely with a range of high networth individuals and investors to help them maximise their returns on investment.

With AUM of over £50m, you will be part of a small, but extremely capable team, responsible for the day-to-day management of client portfolios. The appointed Property Manager will be comfortable undertaking a range of duties which will include:

• Implementing and maintaining thorough management systems
• Implementing and managing service charge budgets
• Assisting with acquisition Due Diligence and onward disposals
• Maintaining tenancy schedules and updating management software
• Lease management
• All aspects of statutory compliance and H&S
• Rent invoicing
• Vacant Building Management
• Site inspections
• Tenant satisfaction

Experience of managing industrial assets would be advantageous, but candidates with a proven track record with the management of mixed assets will be given full consideration. My client is offering a competitive basic salary with car allowance, contributory pension and 25 days holidays.
