Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational management of the building, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships and ensuring an excellent occupier experience.
• Manage soft and hard FM service partners, ensuring high standards are maintained across cleaning, security, M&E, and compliance.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
• Work closely with the landlord and asset management team, providing updates on building performance and tenant engagement.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and service charge administration.

About you:

• Proven experience in building management or facilities management within a commercial office environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding tenant experience.
• Ability to manage contractors and service partners to ensure high performance.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance, and sustainability best practices.
• Experience managing service charge budgets is desirable.
