Surveyor - Transactions

We are supporting an internationally recognised advisory firm to appoint a Surveyor in their Transactions team, supporting the account of an established UK corporate banking client.

​

This offers fantastic client-facing exposure, and the opportunity to utilise sector leading data and systems to inform the process of disposal, acquisitions, lease extensions and terminations, and other property surplus related activity, taking the lead on delivering numerous multi-faceted projects across a national commercial portfolio.

Characteristically, the desired individual will be enthusiastic, engaging, and proactive in their approach to managing deal processes and client expectations.

​

MRICS is required, however, if a minimum of 5 years experience in the above areas with MRICS can be demonstrated, this will be considered.

​

Salary is up to £40,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.
