Do you have previous experience working in a Sales Negotiator role? Are you looking for the next step in your career to develop your skills within an established residential team?

We are currently working with a very well-established London Estate Agents who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This would be for a full time role on a rota basis Monday - Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key clients, buyers and sellers

• Provide all relevant information for property viewers and relay the information to buyers

• Contact and register applicants through the CRM system and ensure any queries are answered promptly

• Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date with all information, ensuring that it is added correctly and accurately

• Have Real Estate market knowledge to best advise clients on current market rates and conditions

• Negotiate the best possible outcomes for both parties to ensure a smooth and positive transaction

Key skills

• Must have previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator within a residential setting

• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills

• Strong attention towards detail

• Professional and well-presented individual, with a proactive working approach

• The ability to solve problems efficiently and use initiative when it comes to decision making

• Dynamic and vibrant personality, with a willingness to learn and develop within their career

• Must be car driver with clean license
