They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Account Management to join their leadership team and drive growth through exceptional client relationships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the account management strategy, aligning with business goals to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

  • Build, mentor and lead the account management team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for key accounts, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are nurtured.

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their advocate within the company.

  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Educate clients on how additional software can enhance their operations.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer success workflows, tools and technologies.

  • Provide regular reports to the leadership team on customer success performance and insights.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record and experience with Property Management Software - Yardi, MRI, Qube, Tramps.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
