They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Account Management to join their leadership team and drive growth through exceptional client relationships.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement the account management strategy, aligning with business goals to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
Build, mentor and lead the account management team to deliver exceptional service.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for key accounts, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are nurtured.
Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their advocate within the company.
Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Educate clients on how additional software can enhance their operations.
Continuously evaluate and improve customer success workflows, tools and technologies.
Provide regular reports to the leadership team on customer success performance and insights.
Role Requirements
Proven track record and experience with Property Management Software - Yardi, MRI, Qube, Tramps.
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
